"This agency does provide a service. The problem starts when they make a mistake. Now I'm left dealing with a car, that they totalled and paid me for. The same people who take the payments, won't help, when they're in the wrong. Hopefully it's just this particular agency, and not the company as a whole!
Update; It is this particular agency. State Farm the company, admitted their mistakes, and addressed and corrected them. Plus they apologized!

You represent a company. You may not have made the mistake, but it certainly wasn't mine. Your office manager was rude and disrespectful. She continually cut me off and didn't want to hear about the police report for a car I no longer own. It may be out of your scope to communicate on these particular matters. I can accept that. What I can't accept, is that you represent a company bigger than you, and what "standards " they have and represent. The opposite of what your "mission" states. Professionalism goes a long way!"
